Assessment and contact details: first and last name, business email, phone number, title/role, website, and mailing address (street, city, state, zip), plus your responses to the GROW Assessment.

Communications: information you provide when you email us, book a call, or otherwise contact us.

Information collected automatically:

Usage and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

• To deliver your GROW Assessment results.
• To communicate with you about your assessment, sessions, and support requests.
• To send relevant information, where permitted; you can opt out of marketing at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate, including Microsoft/Outlook (call booking and Teams sessions), and email and hosting providers.
• Professional advisors, and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly and to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required.

California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell personal information). We are based in the United States and process data there. If you access the Site from outside the US, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

The Site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
