This Privacy Policy explains how Amy Luby (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit grow.msprevolution.com (the “Site”) or take the GROW Assessment.

Assessment and contact details: first and last name, business email, phone number, title/role, website, and mailing address (street, city, state, zip), plus your responses to the GROW Assessment.
Communications: information you provide when you email us, book a call, or otherwise contact us.
Information collected automatically:
Usage and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver your GROW Assessment results.
- To communicate with you about your assessment, sessions, and support requests.
- To send relevant information, where permitted; you can opt out of marketing at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to comply with legal obligations.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

- Service providers who help us operate, including Microsoft/Outlook (call booking and Teams sessions), and email and hosting providers.
